The public safety center will provide fire, police, and ambulance services to New Prague and surrounding communities

Funding requires a 1:1 local match—the appropriation is not available until at least $11,500,000 is committed from nonstate sources

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $11,500,000 in state bonds to fund the project

Effective the day following final enactment
