Amends Minnesota Statutes section 645.071 to eliminate recognition of "advanced standard time" (daylight saving time), requiring all state and local governments to use only federal standard time year-round

Takes effect when clocks would normally "fall back" from daylight saving time to standard time in November 2025

Expires automatically if Congress passes legislation allowing states to adopt permanent daylight saving time, at which point Minnesota's 2021 law authorizing year-round advanced standard time would take effect

Prohibits state departments, counties, cities, and towns from using any time standard other than federal standard time while the law is in effect
