Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 123B.935, subdivision 2, which established specific deadlines for schools to provide active transportation safety training to students

Eliminates the requirement that newly enrolled students receive safety training by the end of the third or sixth week of school, depending on grade level

Removes the four-week deadline for providing training or instructional materials to students who transfer after the second week of school

Active transportation safety training requirements remain in effect, but schools will no longer be bound by statutory timelines for delivering the training
