Appropriates $300,000 total from the clean water fund ($150,000 in FY2026 and $150,000 in FY2027) to the Pollution Control Agency for river watch program grants

Funds go to Friends of the Minnesota Valley to enhance and expand water-quality and watershed-monitoring activities in schools within the Minnesota River basin watershed

Establishes a new river watch program in the Cannon River basin watershed through cooperation with Clean River Partners

Requires Friends of the Minnesota Valley to submit an expenditure report by February 15, 2027 to the commissioner and relevant legislative committees
