Grant agreements must be suspended immediately if a recipient is charged with a criminal offense related to a state grant, and terminated upon conviction

Grantees must post leadership names and contact information on their websites; agencies must withhold funds from grantees who fail to submit required progress reports

State agencies must post organizational charts on their websites with names and contact information for agency heads, deputies, assistant heads, and division/bureau heads
