Removes "probation or parole" from the list of exclusions that prevent individuals from accessing mental health services through interstate contracts with bordering states under Minnesota Statutes section 245.50

Persons currently serving sentences, subject to presentence investigations, or involuntarily committed under chapter 253B remain excluded from these interstate mental health service contracts

Minnesota mental health, chemical health, and detoxification facilities entering contracts with bordering states must submit copies of those contracts to the Commissioner of Human Services within 30 days of the effective date

Contract amendments must also be provided to the commissioner within 30 days of each amendment's effective date
