Requires assisted living facilities to hold a meeting with residents at least 7 days before issuing termination notices for nonpayment or contract violations, and at least 24 hours before termination for health/safety reasons

Reduces the notice period for health/safety-related terminations from 15 days to 5 days before the effective termination date

Adds the Disability Hub as a required resource facilities must provide to residents facing termination for nonpayment, alongside the existing Senior LinkAge Line

Allows facilities to provide written cure notices via email (with prior consent) in addition to in-person or first-class mail delivery for contract violations

Establishes that a facility meets its coordinated move obligations if it identifies at least two alternative facilities and the resident refuses all options over 30 days, and entitles facilities to a writ of recovery when terminations are upheld on appeal
