Appropriates $21 million in fiscal year 2026 and $21 million in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the commissioner of health, totaling $42 million over the biennium

Grants will be provided to Tribal governments for foundational public health responsibilities as defined by each Tribal government under Minnesota Statutes section 145A.14
