Mandates conspicuous posting of a "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" notice informing renters the spa is exempt from certain state and local sanitary requirements

Prohibits local governments from adopting laws or ordinances that ban or add requirements beyond those in state law for qualifying hot tubs on rental properties
