Requires all health plan companies to cover imaging services (MRI, CT scans, angiograms) to identify and monitor unruptured brain aneurysms

Mandates annual screening with no cost sharing for women age 40 and older, classified as a preventive service

Extends the same brain aneurysm imaging coverage requirements to Medical Assistance (Medicaid) recipients

Directs the Commissioner of Health to conduct a two-year statewide public awareness campaign about brain aneurysm risks for women 40+ and available coverage

Effective January 1, 2026, applying to health plans offered, issued, or renewed on or after that date
