Amends Minnesota's sexually transmitted infections and diseases education program requirements in Minnesota Statutes section 121A.23, subdivision 1

Changes terminology from "technically accurate" to "medically and scientifically accurate and unbiased" for program materials and curriculum

Removes the phrase "until marriage" from abstinence education requirements, so curriculum now must help students "abstain from sexual activity" without the marriage qualifier

Eliminates the requirement to specifically target "adolescents who may be at high risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections and diseases" for prevention efforts

Renumbers remaining program requirements from 9 items to 8 items following the deletion of the high-risk targeting provision
