Task force must identify climate change effects on mental health in Minnesota, analyze severity across demographic factors (gender, race, ethnicity, occupation, geography, income), and identify most affected communities

Required to develop mitigation strategies with a targeted implementation schedule including measurable goals, timelines, estimated costs, and responsible government units

Task force continues indefinitely until terminated by the Commissioner of Health, with members governed by standard advisory task force rules under Section 15.059

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund in fiscal year 2026, available as a one-time appropriation until June 30, 2031
