Removes the prohibition on advertising, offering, or contracting to sell tickets before they are made available to the public (including presales), which previously required permission from the venue and actual or constructive possession of the ticket

Season ticket holders were previously exempt from the presale advertising restriction; this exemption becomes moot as the entire prohibition is eliminated

Retains existing prohibitions on selling duplicate tickets, hiring line-waiters when venues prohibit it, and failing to disclose seat location information

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 325F.676, subdivision 3, governing ticket reseller and online marketplace conduct
