State agencies, political subdivisions, joint powers organizations, and special purpose units of government must allow untreated rainwater or stormwater for outdoor purposes when probability of human or animal consumption or immersion is low or nonexistent

Prohibited uses of untreated rainwater/stormwater include drinking water, swimming or immersion activities, and agricultural production of food crops for humans or livestock

Creates new section 115.033 in Minnesota Statutes governing outdoor rainwater and stormwater use
