Replaces the term "epinephrine auto-injectors" with "epinephrine delivery systems" throughout Minnesota education statutes to accommodate newer FDA-approved epinephrine products beyond traditional auto-injectors

Expands the definition of epinephrine delivery system to include any FDA-approved medication product that automatically delivers a single, premeasured dose of epinephrine to treat life-threatening allergic reactions

Requires the Commissioner of Health to provide school districts with a standing order for distribution of epinephrine delivery systems

Maintains existing requirements for individualized written health plans developed by parents, school staff, and prescribing medical professionals for students prescribed epinephrine

Preserves liability immunity for school districts and employees acting in good faith when implementing epinephrine policies
