Establishes a School Health Advisory Committee to advise the governor and legislature on school health policies, with members appointed by the governor for two-year terms by September 1, 2025

Committee must develop models for serving students with chronic and acute health conditions (asthma, diabetes, severe allergies, epilepsy) and coordinating care between health care systems and schools

Requires annual reporting on health needs of Minnesota schoolchildren, identification of ineffective health practices, and recommendations for school health funding streams including medical assistance reimbursement

Committee membership includes 20 positions: school nurses, physicians, mental health practitioners, school administrators, parents of children with special health needs, state agency representatives, and 4 legislators

Administrative support provided by Departments of Education and Health with Board of Nursing assistance; committee meets monthly the first year, quarterly thereafter, with annual reports due January 15
