Expands Minnesota's Digital Fair Repair Act (section 325E.72) to include motorcycles alongside digital electronic equipment

Requires motorcycle manufacturers to provide documentation, parts, and tools to independent repair providers and owners on fair and reasonable terms within 60 days of first sale in Minnesota

Adds definition of "motorcycle" referencing Minnesota Statutes section 169.011, subdivision 44, and explicitly excludes motorcycles from the "motor vehicle" definition

Manufacturers remain protected from liability for damages caused by repairs performed by independent providers or owners, and are not required to divulge trade secrets beyond what is necessary for repair purposes

Applies to motorcycles sold on or after July 1, 2021
