Amends Minnesota Statutes section 3.084, subdivision 2, to modify restrictions on sitting legislators accepting employment from lobbying-related businesses

Removes the prohibition on legislators working for "any other business that employs or contracts with lobbyists" if their job duties involve lobbying work or administrative support

Narrows the third category of prohibited employment to only businesses whose primary revenue comes from facilitating government relations services, where the legislator's duties include consulting or advice helping the business serve clients

Retains existing prohibitions on legislators working for businesses primarily deriving revenue from lobbying, government relations, or government affairs services

Prohibition continues to apply regardless of where the business operates or where its clients are located
