Requires the Commissioner of Human Services to notify the revisor of statutes when enacted provisions have effective dates contingent upon federal approval, and when such federal approval is obtained

Mandates an annual report by July 1 listing all provisions enacted since the preceding July 1 that have effective dates contingent on federal approval, submitted to the revisor of statutes, House Research Department director, and Senate Counsel, Research and Fiscal Analysis director

Requires a second annual report by September 1 listing all previously enacted statutory provisions awaiting federal approval, identifying which provisions received approval since the prior September 1 and the dates approval was received

Reports must be submitted in a form prescribed by the revisor of statutes, with a Department of Human Services employee attesting to the accuracy of the reports

Effective the day following final enactment
