Authorizes issuance of up to $8,000,000 in housing infrastructure bonds to fund a grant to Face to Face Health and Counseling Services, Inc.

Grant funds will predesign, design, engineer, construct, furnish, and equip a facility at 1170 Arcade Street in St. Paul providing 20 units of affordable housing with on-site support services for young people ages 18 to 24

Establishes annual debt service transfers from the general fund to the housing infrastructure bond account each July 15, beginning in 2027 and through 2048, while bonds remain outstanding

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 462A.37 by adding subdivision 2k for the new bond authorization and amending subdivision 5 for the appropriation mechanism

Effective the day following final enactment
