Increases the maximum daily home care nursing hours that can be provided by a parent, spouse, family foster parent, or legal guardian from 8 hours to 12 hours per day

Raises the weekly maximum from 40 hours to 60 hours per seven-day period for family caregivers providing home nursing services

Adds new provision allowing family caregivers providing home care nursing services to be employed by more than one home care nursing agency

Applies to licensed nurses who are parents, spouses, family foster parents, or legal guardians providing care to prevent hospitalization of eligible Medicaid recipients

Effective July 1, 2025, or upon federal approval, whichever is later
