Proposes a constitutional amendment to replace gender-specific language (such as "his," "him," "man," "himself") with gender-neutral terms ("the person's," "the member's," "the accused," "oneself") throughout multiple articles of the Minnesota Constitution

Affects provisions in Articles I, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, XI, and XIII covering rights of the accused, legislative procedures, executive powers, judicial qualifications, voting rights, impeachment, and state funds

Also replaces the term "seaman" with "sailor" in Article VII, Section 2 regarding voting residence

Includes a severability clause stating that if any individual change is found unconstitutional or consequential, it would be severed and the remaining changes would still take effect

Would be submitted to voters at the 2026 general election with the ballot question asking whether to amend the Constitution "to replace certain terms without any consequential changes in its legal effect"
