Changes the deadline for the Commissioner of Management and Budget to report on the recommended budget reserve percentage from September 30 to October 30 of each year

The report provides the recommended percentage of general fund nondedicated revenues to be held in the state's budget reserve, based on tax revenue volatility analysis

Report recipients include chairs and ranking minority members of the Senate Finance Committee, House Ways and Means Committee, and both chambers' Tax Committees

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 16A.152, subdivision 8
