Exempts brewers from the state's brand registration requirement for malt liquor that is sold exclusively for on-premises consumption at the brewery or for off-sale under section 340A.29

Current law requires all brands of intoxicating liquor and 3.2 percent malt liquor to be registered with and approved by the commissioner before being manufactured, imported, or sold in Minnesota

Brand registration fees are $40 for initial registration and $30 for renewal every three years
