Appropriates $750,000 in fiscal year 2026 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for Capitol campus improvements

Allocates $400,000 for trees on the upper mall and northern portion of the lower mall bordering Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard

Allocates $200,000 for benches on the upper mall and northern lower mall areas

Allocates $150,000 for visual markers, welcome information, and interpretive wayfinding signage highlighting the Capitol campus as a historic site and public gathering place

Allows the commissioner to redirect remaining funds from completed projects to other projects authorized in this section
