Reduces pharmacy intern application fee from $75 to $25 and establishes a new $25 annual renewal fee beginning January 1, 2026, with registrations expiring September 30 each year

Creates reinstatement provisions for pharmacy interns whose registration has lapsed, with maximum fees of $100 for reinstatement within one year

Establishes statutory requirements for intern credit hours: minimum 1,600 total hours under preceptor supervision, with caps of 80 hours in first year, 400 hours of concurrent internship, and 54 hours per week from multiple sites

Repeals existing Minnesota Rules governing pharmacist-intern definitions and training requirements (parts 6800.5100, subpart 5; 6800.5400, subparts 5 and 6), moving these provisions into statute
