Commissioner of Management and Budget must submit annual report by September 1 to the legislative auditor detailing implementation status of all audit recommendations from the prior five years, including itemization of unimplemented recommendations with justifications

Appropriates $238,000 in FY2026 and $259,000 in FY2027 to the legislative auditor from the general fund

Appropriates $41,000 in both FY2026 and FY2027 to the commissioner of management and budget from the general fund
