Exempts special event food stands from the $40 annual statewide hospitality fee required of hospitality establishments in Minnesota

Other establishments remain subject to the fee, including boarding establishments, food and beverage service establishments, seasonal temporary or permanent food stands, mobile food units, food carts, resorts, hotels, motels, and lodging establishments

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 157.16, subdivision 3a

Effective the day following final enactment
