Establishes a statewide family mediation pilot program to provide support to grandparents and families through dispute resolution services

Grant funds alternative dispute resolution services including family reconnection coaching, mediation, and navigation services, with partnerships with culturally specific programs

Requires expansion of the family mediator roster by increasing both the number and competency of mediators

Funds must also support integration with legal assistance and court services programs, program evaluation tools, and administrative expenses
