$22,000,000 appropriated from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the city of Chanhassen for the Chanhassen Bluffs Sports Complex

Facility will include two sheets of indoor ice, walking track, indoor turf, indoor playground, gathering space, meeting rooms, and other amenities; funds may also be used for real property acquisition

City of Chanhassen must implement a fee schedule providing free or reduced admission rates for city residents

Facility design must include rainwater recapture and solar energy infrastructure, in addition to complying with state sustainable building guidelines

Effective the day following final enactment
