Otter Tail County agencies must negotiate supplemental housing support rates for up to 24 beds beginning July 1, 2025

Supplemental rates apply to providers offering room, board, and supplementary services to adults recovering from substance use disorder, mental illness, or housing instability

Rates are paid in addition to the standard rate but cannot exceed the maximum allowed under existing law, including any legislatively authorized inflationary adjustments

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 256I.05 by adding subdivision 1v
