Eliminates the conscientiously held beliefs exemption specifically for measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccination for children enrolled in child care facilities, preschools, prekindergarten programs, and K-12 schools, effective August 1, 2026

Medical exemptions for MMR vaccination remain available with a physician-signed statement indicating the immunization is contraindicated or that laboratory confirmation of adequate immunity exists

Parents who previously filed conscientious objection exemptions for MMR before August 1, 2026 must submit either proof of MMR vaccination or a medical exemption for their child to remain enrolled

Applies to public schools, nonpublic schools, religious organization schools, home schools, licensed child care facilities, and certified license-exempt child care centers

Adds definitions for "certified license-exempt child care center" and "prekindergarten" to clarify the scope of facilities covered by immunization requirements
