Repeals Minnesota Statutes sections 3.226 and 16C.053, which currently prohibit the legislature and state agencies from contracting with vendors that discriminate against Israel or entities doing business in Israel

Eliminates the existing requirement that vendors certify they do not engage in boycotts, refusals to deal, or other actions intended to limit commercial relations with Israel based on nationality

Removes the current $50,000 contract threshold and waiver provisions that allowed exceptions to the anti-discrimination requirements

Effective the day following final enactment, applying to contracts solicited or entered into on or after that date
