Amends an $800,000 grant from the 2023 bonding law for the city of Savage to predesign and design the expansion of Quentin Avenue and reconstruction of two railroad bridges over Quentin Avenue

Removes the previous geographic limitation that restricted the project area to approximately 600 feet south and 600 feet north of the railroad bridges

Funding comes from bond proceeds in the state transportation fund under Minnesota Statutes section 174.50

Bond sale authorization and appropriation remain available until December 31, 2029, notwithstanding standard statutory deadlines

Effective the day following final enactment
