Modifies an existing $3,000,000 capital project grant to Isuroon, a nonprofit supporting immigrant women and providing mental health counseling, for property at 1600 East Lake Street in Minneapolis

Adds new provision allowing any remaining funds after the primary project is completed to be used for a specialty care center in the Minneapolis metropolitan area

Expanded permitted uses for remaining funds include property acquisition, predesign, design, furnishing, equipping, renovation, and construction

Amends Laws 2023, chapter 71, which was previously amended in 2024, maintaining the original authorization to reimburse costs incurred after June 1, 2023

Effective the day following final enactment
