Department of Education is encouraged to develop a fully accessible online website for statewide resources, services, and information for blind and print disabled persons, with assurances to maintain updated documents

Department of Education must consult with the Department of Employment and Economic Development regarding vocational rehabilitation services, including braille, audio, e-text, and large print transcription services

Department of Education must also consult with the Department of Health, Department of Human Services, and other state agencies to increase awareness of resources for blind and print disabled persons

The five-member advisory committee for the Minnesota Braille and Talking Book Library is required to consult with the Department of Education on awareness efforts
