Adds formal definitions for "control," "employee stock ownership plan," and "trustee" to Minnesota's cannabis business licensing statutes

Excludes trusts (including employee stock ownership plans), trustors, trustees, and beneficiaries from the definition of "true party of interest" for cannabis business licensing purposes

Exempts ESOP trustees and employees/officers/managers/directors of ESOP-owned cannabis businesses from limitations on the number of license applications and licenses an individual may hold

Amends multiple license type provisions (microbusiness, mezzobusiness, cultivator, manufacturer, retailer, wholesaler, transporter) to reference these new ESOP-related exemptions
