Commissioner of Human Services must immediately release unredacted initial Optum reports (announced February 6, 2026) upon joint request by both chairs and ranking minority members of the legislative committee with human services jurisdiction

Reports must be provided in their entirety without redactions, except for proprietary information redactions requested by Optum, Inc.

Legislators and legislative staff receiving the reports are prohibited from disseminating or publicizing any non-public data contained in the reports

Optum, Inc. is prohibited from selling, sharing, or disseminating any private data on individuals received under its contract with the Department of Human Services pursuant to Executive Order No. 25-10

Section 1 becomes effective 14 days following final enactment
