Commissioner of Revenue must distribute funds within 15 days of enactment, using existing county distribution formulas and equal shares for participating Tribal governments

Eligible households must have income at or below 200% of federal poverty level, be Minnesota residents, and be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness due to a housing crisis

Counties and Tribal governments must spend all funds within 180 days or return unspent money to the general fund

Effective the day following final enactment
