Prohibits Minnesota state government, local governments, county sheriffs, and their agencies, officers, employees, or agents from entering into any immigration enforcement agreements with the federal government

Defines "immigration enforcement agreement" as any contract, agreement, intergovernmental service agreement, or memorandum of understanding that authorizes state or local entities to enforce civil immigration law, including agreements under 8 U.S.C. § 1103, 8 U.S.C. § 1357 (commonly known as 287(g) agreements), or any other federal law

Requires any existing immigration enforcement agreements to be terminated the day following final enactment of the law

Creates new section 626.893 in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 626 (relating to peace officers and law enforcement)

Takes effect the day following final enactment
