Extends the expiration date for Hennepin County's authority to impose deed and mortgage taxes from January 1, 2028 to January 1, 2036

Both extensions provide an 8-year continuation of existing county taxing authority

Effective date for both provisions applies to all deeds and mortgages acknowledged on or after July 1, 2026
