School districts and charter schools prohibited from allowing federal agents from DHS, ICE, CBP, or USCIS to enter school sites without valid identification, written statement of purpose, and a valid judicial warrant

Superintendent or charter school administrator must approve entry before any covered federal immigration agent may access school grounds

Even when requirements are met, ICE officers must be restricted to areas where students are not present

Exceptions provided for access required by state or federal law, or for administering state or federally supported educational programs

Effective the day following final enactment
