Amends Minnesota Statutes section 121A.035, subdivision 2, governing school district and charter school crisis management policies

Adds new requirement that crisis management policies must provide for the unique needs of students with mobility restrictions, sensory needs, developmental or physical disabilities, mental health needs, and auditory or visual limitations during crisis situations

Maintains existing requirements for crisis management policies to include at least five lock-down drills, five fire drills, and one tornado drill annually

Retains requirement that policies be developed cooperatively with administrators, teachers, employees, students, parents, community members, law enforcement, emergency responders, and other stakeholders
