Allows eggs past their quality assurance date to be donated to charitable food assistance programs instead of requiring removal from sale

Donated eggs must meet specific conditions: remain in original packaging, have been previously candled and graded, and stay continuously refrigerated

Eggs must be distributed to end consumers within 30 days of the original quality assurance date

Requires new labeling on donated egg packaging showing the charitable program's name, a "distribute by" date (no more than 30 days past original date), and the statement "Donated Eggs - Not for Resale"
