Designates January of each year as Snow Professionals Appreciation Month in Minnesota, to be codified in Minnesota Statutes chapter 10.

Recognizes snow professionals who clear snow, maintain safe streets, sidewalks, and recreational paths, plow thousands of miles of roads, and apply salt and sand for ice management.

Acknowledges the range of professional snow services from small residential shoveling to large commercial plowing and deicing operations.

Authorizes the governor to promote and encourage public observance of Snow Professionals Appreciation Month.
