Service cooperatives may now be designated by the commissioner as third-party testing programs to administer road tests for school bus driver employees of member school districts

School districts designated as third-party testing programs may enter agreements with other school districts to test their bus driver employees, and school bus companies may similarly enter agreements with other companies

Testing agreements between districts or companies must be submitted to the commissioner for approval, and third-party testers must be employed by a school district or school bus company providing the testing services
