Adds a statutory definition of "quality assurance date" as the date after which a product may lose palatability or nutritive properties due to spoilage, wiltage, drying, or other natural phenomena

Allows eggs past their quality assurance date to be donated to charitable food assistance programs instead of being removed from sale, provided specific conditions are met

Donated eggs must remain in original packaging, have been previously candled and graded, and be continuously refrigerated

Donated eggs must be distributed to end consumers within 30 days past the original quality assurance date

Packaging for donated eggs must include a label with the charitable program's name, a "distribute by" date no more than 30 days past the quality assurance date, and the statement "Donated Eggs - Not for Resale"
