Expands eligibility to request public voter information lists to include national chairs of major political parties, in addition to Minnesota registered voters

County auditors and the Secretary of State must provide copies within five business days of receiving a complete request with payment for reproduction costs

Public information lists must remain available for public inspection at no cost

Use of information from the lists remains restricted to elections, political activities, or law enforcement purposes only
