Public voter information lists must now include each registered voter's full date of birth instead of only the year of birth.

Voter date of birth is added to the list of restricted data that cannot be disclosed in lists provided for public inspection, purchase, or law enforcement inquiries.

Restricted data protections continue to apply to Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, identification card numbers, military ID numbers, and passport numbers.

Both sections take effect the day following final enactment.
