Minnesota Housing Finance Agency commissioner may award bonus points (up to 5% of total available points) to proposals in competitive capital development programs located in cities or townships with existing community land trust properties

Eligible locations must contain property classified as 4d(2) under Minnesota Statutes section 273.13, subdivision 25, paragraph (e), which pertains to community land trust taxation

Provision expires on December 31, 2030

Effective the day following final enactment, applying to selection criteria and scoring systems developed on or after that date
